Colombia Food - When pigs go to heaven
Lechona as it is called is probably not for most people due to the fact you see exactly what your eating, however this does taste amazing!!
The reason I’m writing this post is because one of the “Promoting Colombia” members made a great article about Lechona with some fantastic pictures.

I do have to add something, that although Lechona taste great, the “Pony Malta” that’s in the 4th picture, is an acquired taste. (For those of you from the UK, it is like Marmite, you either love it or hate it.)
